Description
An exclusive and perhaps one of the most underrated coffees in all of Central America. The “Rancho” as some call it is Strictly High Grown (SHG) by third generation farmers, Delmar and Fernando Moreno Guillen on their family estate in the mountains of Chiapas. The farm utilizes a significant amount of natural shade trees, and while it’s not certified organic, it’s naturally grown and processed without chemical fertilizers. This Mexico Rancho San Francisco is comprised of mostly Typica and Bourbon varieties.
