Description

COCAPEC is a cooperative known for its natural drying methods which delivers a decaffeinated coffee bean from the Mogiana region of Brazil. The cooperative works in partnership with its members to guarantee consistent coffee quality. This coffee is dried in the sun and in a mechanical dryer to ensure the moisture evaporates. These beans are decaffeinated using the Mountain Water process.
