By accessing the sites on any computer, mobile phone, tablet or any other device and/ or making a purchase from Definitive Coffee Co. or otherwise interacting with Definitive Coffee Co., you agree to the terms of this Privacy Policy. If you do not agree to the policy, please do not use any of our Sites. 

We ask that you please review this Privacy Policy often, as it may be updated periodically. Any current version of this policy will be published to our Sites.

How Long We Store Personal Data

User data (as stated above) will be stored until the purpose the data was collected for has been achieved. If you leave a comment on any of our Sites, the comment and its metadata may be retained indefinitely. This is so we can recognize and approve any follow-up comments automatically instead of holding them in a moderation queue. For users that register on our website (if any), we also store the personal information they provide in their user profile. All users can see, edit, or delete their personal information at any time (except they cannot change their username). Website administrators can also see and edit that information.

How We Protect Your Personal Data

In order to protect your security, we use browser encryption and store all of your data on servers in a secure facility. All data is only accessible to our employees. All employees (regardless of position) are bound by strict confidentiality agreements and breach of this agreement would result in the employee’s termination.

Do Not Track Notice

Definitive Coffee Co. websites including Facebook and Instagram allows you to share and/ or comment product reviews with us. Please use this feature responsibly. We monitor reviews to make sure that only appropriate content is shared through our Sites. You can interact with us through social media, such as by posting content, sharing material from our websites, and using our social media plug-ins. When you interact with us using social media, we may receive information such as your user ID, your profile picture, photos you post, and similar information, which is often determined by your privacy settings at social media sites. 

We may use the information for the same types of purposes we describe throughout this Privacy Policy. Your use of social media sites is primarily governed by the Site Operators’ Privacy Policies and Terms of Service as well as the information you share with us and with others is largely controlled by the privacy settings you have established at those sites. 

Please note that if you voluntarily submit any personal information for posting on our sites, such as a review or blog post, the information may become publicly available and can be collected and used by others, so you should use caution before posting information about yourself online.

Modifications

When we amend this Privacy Policy we will update the “Effective Date” at the top of this Privacy Policy. If necessary, we may notify users by email of any changes to this Privacy Policy.
