Brazil’s Daterra Farm, where these beans are harvested, is the first farm in the world to achieve a grade A (highest level) RFA certification for sustainability. They were also the first Brazilian farm to become certified 15 years ago. Daterra strives to “produce coffee for a better world” by consulting with Sao Paulo State University–Luiz de Queiroz (ESALQ) to brainstorm ways the flora, fauna, water springs, and soil could thrive while simultaneously ensuring the preservation of forests and expanding human rights.

Notes: This lightly roasted CHC Espresso is a perfect single-shot espresso, very aromatic and rich in flavors with a hint of caramelized pecan on the finish.
