Description
Lying in Ethiopia’s Eastern Highlands, Harrar is one of the main growing regions in Ethiopia. It has a reputation for producing distinctive varieties of Arabica coffee beans which allow it to go through a variety of milling processes. Harrar beans are usually natural-processed, which produces the distinct berry notes the region is most known for.
