Refund and Return Policy

We strive to provide you with the highest quality coffee products. However, we understand that sometimes things don’t go as planned.
General Return Policy
- No Returns: Due to the perishable nature of coffee, we cannot accept returns for any reason.
- Damaged or Incorrect Orders: If your order arrives damaged or incorrect, please contact our customer service team within 7 days of receipt. We will provide a replacement or refund at our discretion.
- Refunds: Refunds will be issued to the original payment method and may take longer than 24 hours to process.
Please note:
- We cannot control any damage or delays in shipping to products once the product(s) leave our facility. This may include, but is not limited to: changes in weather or road conditions, vehicle issues, shipping equipment malfunctions, staffing shortages or any delays due to holidays.
- Any refund requests due to customer error may be rejected. All ordering information must be correct prior to submitting the order and all applicable options from drop down menus must be selected. Additionally, any other comments regarding the order must be listed in the comments section.
